No liability pertaining to the authenticity / genuineness / misrepresentation / fraud / negligence, etc., of any information disclosed will lie on Us nor will We in any way, be responsible to verify any information obtained from the User.

Withdrawn consent: The User may choose to withdraw the consent provided hereunder at any point in time. Such withdrawal of the consent must be sent in writing to connect@hopgroup.in. In the event the User does not provide or later withdraws consent, We reserve the option to not allow the User to access the Website for which the said information was sought. Further, the User acknowledges and agrees that in case of such withdrawal of the User’s consent, We reserve the right to store any of the User’s information in an anonymised form.

We have no control over such Third Party Links and assume no responsibility whatsoever regarding any collection or disclosure of any information or Personal Information by such companies or persons thereof. We expressly disclaim all liability in relation to any loss or damage which may be incurred by the User as a result of the collection and/or disclosure of any of its information via Third Party Links. This Policy shall, in all respects, be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The User agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, India in connection with any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
